With over 30 years in the beauty industry, Lilliam Peñaloza is a globally recognized educator, mentor, and celebrity hair & makeup artist. From red carpet glam to world-class beauty education, her passion has always been to elevate others.

After working with icons like Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, and Shakira, and producing looks for the Latin Grammys and Miss Universe, Lilliam realized her mission: to pass on her knowledge to empower a new generation of beauty professionals.

Today, she leads live workshops, mentors stylists, and develops professional-grade tools to help artists build confidence and mastery in their craft.

About Lilliam Peñaloza

Lilliam Peñaloza is a globally recognized beauty educator, celebrity hair and makeup artist, and event producer with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Known for her powerful stage presence and precision artistry, she has shaped the careers of countless beauty professionals through mentorship, training, and education.

Her journey began in Puerto Rico, where she studied at the Modern Hairstylist Institute and earned a BA in Business Administration. She deepened her craft in Paris with a scholarship to Formula AA, mastering cutting techniques, up-dos, makeup, and highlights. Her early work at Wanda Montes Salon opened doors to international stages, music videos, and celebrity clients.

Over the years, Lilliam has contributed to the beauty looks of icons like Jennifer López, Ricky Martin, Marc Anthony, Shakira, Thalía, Alejandra Guzmán, and many more. Her talent has graced prestigious events such as the Latin Grammys, Miss Universe, Latin Billboards, and global brand productions for Sony Music, EMI Latin, and WEA Latina.

As a Master Educator and former Senior Educator with the Rusk Team, Lilliam has led trainings, trade show presentations, and educational seminars that have impacted stylists around the world. Her passion for teaching has made her a trusted mentor in the beauty industry.

She has also used her platform to advocate for women’s empowerment, serving as a motivational speaker for initiatives like Dress for Success and Business Women in Red Heels.

Now based in Orlando, Florida, Lilliam holds a second degree in Entertainment Business & Show Production from Full Sail University. Through her brand, she continues to educate, mentor, and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals — while also leading her own professional tools line, Peñaloza Pro Tools™, created for stylists who demand precision and excellence.
